How do u tell if ur child is ready for potty training
I went for his review check and they say hes should be getting ready to start potty training but he had shown no signs of being ready for potty training how would u know if ur child is ready.

Our health visitor advised waiting until the summer even though he is showing signs of being ready
I recommend reading the oh crap potty training book- great advice and it really helped when I trained my first- talks about what you should look out for. I’m not planning to try with my son until the weather warms up because being naked from the waist down outside is so much easier!

We've just had our 2yr check, and HV asked if he's showing signs yet and I said no, he doesn't tell us when he's gone or needs to go, he doesn't show any interest in anything, and she said that's fine, there's still plenty of time, as long as they are trained before school. I read the optimum time is 27-30 months, I've got everything ready to go, hopefully by 30m/Easter, if not it'll be summer holidays!
