Baby size chart

How many weeks are you? Usually they base growth off of percentile weight by week - generally where there can be concern is if they’re smaller than 10th percentile.

@Kristina I'm 32 weeks ans 6 days and she's just under the 25th percentile

I would seriously not worry too much about 25th percentile. My baby was measuring smaller than my first and it freaked me out sooo bad, but when I talked to my provider they told me that 10th percentile the “danger zone” but it’s not until 3rd percentile that they try to do interventions and there could be negative outcomes.

The main thing is they’re growing at every visit.

Im confused on why you were told u were small if you only 32 weeks and she already 4lbs? I went at my 31 week and baby was 3lbs 8oz and they told me baby is perfect but still scheduled me for another ultrasound in 4 weeks

My first was born at 5lbs 3 oz and he was perfect I wouldnt worry too much

Also I just realized - another ultrasound at 36 weeks is totally normal!!

Some babies and adults are just smaller than others. Try not worry. X

Yes, my son was born in 12th centile so I think I just tens towards small babies. I'm small myself and active

All my scans, they've said baby is small but because she's growing at a steady rate they aren't concerned. Last scan she was plotting on the graph only on the 10th centile. Before that she wasn't even on the 10th centile. My son was the same though. Me and dad are only 5ft4 and 5ft5 but considering they said my son was small, he was born 7lbs 12oz which was bigger than my daughter who they said would be big and she was only 7lb 6oz. I wouldn't worry so much about what they say about sizing and weight of baby because they don't really know.

All of these scans can be sooo inaccurate! With my first my baby was measuring “9-10 pounds” & he ended up being barely 7 pounds 😅 He was born in the 10th percentile & now almost 2 years old he’s in the 99th percentile! I wouldn’t worry too much!
