What does up to standard mean? Up to my standard? Like I dislike the taste/presentation/etc.?
I would for something like that x
If I remember yes but most of the times I don’t
@Monét no I mean like there’s something wrong with the product, unsealed , moldy / off , out of date , you find something in it ext
No I don’t call the number or email the people on the food packet, I think I just complain out loud for about 2 days 😂 or until I see it in store and say it outloud. Only time I complain about food online is if uber eats or something is wrong
I meant to press yes! You should send the photo along description of what’s wrong to the company’s email address, they will ask you for more info like best before date, batch code and where you bought it. They will probably offer some compensation usually in the form of vouchers. If something is found to be wrong with the batch then they may issue a product recall. This happened to me when I was pregnant , I ate 3/4 of a pain au chocolat before discovering it was mouldy then cut the others in half to find they were all the same. The company did a full investigation and had to recall all their products as mould was found in them. They were off the shelves for months. They gave me vouchers for their product range but it put me off (my husband made use of them though!).
I accidentally pressed yes and meant to press no
Yea sometimes because i like coupons and free products
lol I honestly would be all for complaining and be fully outraged because that’s nasty af, but I always forget things like this and then it goes unmentioned Lol
I do, because if it happened to me it could happen to someone else. Plus getting free products and coupons is a bonus.
In cases of something unseen yes. In cases like the picture you posted where you can clearly see it and you still purchased it no. I know shit happens and you get busy but there’s many times to have looked at the product and seen it wasn’t good.
@Willow lol no you can’t tell me you check prouducs you buy are sealed wtf 😂 you just presume they are If I had to check every thing I bought my weekly shop would take hours wth 😂
For example I purchased this packet of cooking sauce that has clearly not been sealed correctly and has gone moldy Would you complain about the product ? Do you go back to the store you got it from ? Do you throw it away and forget about it ?
