I’m scared to test. how do you get past the fear and anxiety?

My period is a week late, and I’m experiencing bloating, nausea, swollen and sore breasts, and spotting a few days ago. However, I also have irregular cycles from June to October. During that period, I didn’t have a period and started taking some vitamins. It came back in November and December, 25 days apart. I’m trying not to get my hopes up, but I had a strong feeling that my period was coming a week ago. Pregnancy tests have always given me anxiety because the negative results are heartbreaking, and I’ve also had a miscarriage before. A positive test seems just as scary because I’m afraid it might happen again.

I’m so sorry! I have experienced lots of negative tests. Not a miscarriage so I don’t know how the anxiety is after getting a positive! I bet it’s rough and I’m so sorry you have to experience this!! Prayers for you!! I’d just test if I was you. You have anxiety before might as well get that one over and you’ll know what your anxiety is about so that will be easier to get over also!
