Mine done this, it wasn’t until my forth test that was a week later did it come up properly. I can still see the faint line on the one you’ve circled to. All my first ones showed up like that. I also had sore nipples so I knew something wasn’t negative lol.

It’s best to take the test on your first wee of the day as the hormones will be more concentrated then so more likely to show up if it’s early days
Possible that it is very early stage of pregnancy then 🤞🏾 But do take another one. Like Claudia said, first wee after a night of sleep.
It looks negative. Did the positive line appear after the recommended waiting time and disappear in less than 10 minutes? Or did it appear before the recommended waiting time and then disappear after the recommended waiting time? I'd suggest you take another test to be sure. The accuracy is high, but it's not 100%.
