KIT days have to be done in your maternity leave, bank shifts can be done when your on annual leave x
@Rachel you can’t work bank if you are technically receiving SMP.

@Lucy you can’t be on annual leave when you do them. You have to technically still be on maternity leave
@Louise I don’t know what you mean. I have said she can do bank whilst on annual leave because she’s technically back at work and no longer receiving maternity pay. You have to be on mat leave to do kit days. Which is what Iv said. I’m confused by your comment to me
