Hi! Does this look like cmpa?

I have posted a couple times about how I have been to the gp as I think my little boy (11 weeks) has cmpa.. he shows signs of colic and silent reflux which I tried carobel for and it didn’t react well to him so stopped that. When he was born he was on kendamil but he wasn’t pooing regular and he was in pain doing so, after 4/5 weeks I changed to hipp organic and he’s still on his and his poos are back to normal. He can get very fussy with his bottles and I feel like he’s not drinking as much we he should anymore. I find it hard to get 4oz in him every 3-4 hours.. he will usually only have small amounts and want more 2 hours later which I know can be normal for some babies… Does this look like a rash? It has been there since 28th December.. and I have been noticing mucus in his poo, I will put a picture in the comments of his poo which I was from this morning😩 I did speak to the health visitor last week who said to me it does sound like cmpa but of course can’t be 100% and to ring her back this week if not settled, I’m just scared incase it’s not and I make him so much worse by messing around with medications or milks😭
