I’m a Yorkshire tea decaf girlie and also peppermint tea which has helped a lot with nausea and bloating x
Just a basic caffeine free tea from Aldi, it’s berry flavour, really gooood.. nothing too fancy
I had Yorkshire decaf. Whilst out I tried Birchall decaf and it was really good but you can only buy it online. I'd have peppermint tea and occasionally caffeinated tea. I also drank chai lattes quite often. They're generally low in caffeine.
@Cecily thanks for your suggestion!
@Gemma thanks Gemma! It’s good to know that peppermint tea is safe, definitely need it for my bloating belly 😥
@Imane thanks Imane! 🙏🏻
@Loren thanks for your suggestion! Definitely will give a try!
I quite like rooibus especially the ones with berries, you can drink it with no limits, but to be fair I do drink 2-3 cups of normal tea a day too if it’s not too strong
@Kate Thanks for your suggestion! I haven’t had any tea or coffee since I found out I was pregnant. Recently, my taste buds have been acting weird, and I’ve been craving some flavor.
Yorkshire decaf for sure! My private scan place send you home with a box after each scan and they taste just fine. But if I want something different I would go with mint tea or rooibos tea with honey in it.
@Jamie that’s so nice! Which private clinic are you going to?

I've used twinnings English breakfast decaf. Be sure to check with your doctor about any herbal teas you may want to use. ❤️
