@Louise thankyou for your message. They don't have a normal pool. Just the hydrotherapy pool which is outdoor. Last time I went we only really used the hydro pool and sat around the fire pit. I booked in when I knew I was pregnant and didn't see it being a problem now the night before I'm just worrying probably for no reason lol x
Just check the temp. If it’s hotter than a really warm bath I wouldn’t get in and make sure you stay hydrated
I went to a spa when pregnant and just stuck to swimming pool only. The hydra pool was a bit too warm. I also had a pregnancy safe massage but I would be inclined to remind them when you go in that you’re pregnant as the place I went to didn’t read my form or pay attention to the call I’d made to them before and the bed was heated etc.
you’ll be fine, enjoy yourself! you deserve it! just keep hydrated and get out of the pool if you’re feeling overly hot at any point xxx
@Hannah thankyou for your message. I really enjoyed going to the spa was well deserved x
I did. Went in the normal pool and the hydrotherapy pool was quite warm so I sat on the edge with my legs in. I had a pregnancy massage and facial so I still got something out of it at least. They advise again last jacuzzis and saunas etc because of the heat as you are more likely to overheat when pregnant and then become unwell or collapse.
