I was pumping at work on a Monday when my daughter was home with her dad. I work in a nursery so I would put my electric pump in my bra on my lunch break and then keep it in when I’d have to go back into work. My work were more than happy for me to do that. I’d do 40 minutes both sides x

I would put a wearable pump on every 2 hours and store the milk in the fridge or cool bag x

Yes! And I've got nowhere I can pump at work which sucks. I pump using medela maxi swing at 5am, feed her at 6. Pump on the way to nursery drop off, again on journey home from nursery, feed her at 7, pump at 9pm , feed her when we go to bed around 10-11pm, rinse and repeat. I also pump as much as time allows at the weekend to take the pressure off in the weeks especially if she decides she needs extra evening feeds. I have found porridge for breakfast massively boosts my supply

You pump according to your child’s feeding schedule look up the laws regarding pumping at work in your state

You can use a wearable pump but in my experience I don’t get nearly as much milk as to when I used my spectra
