Toys and sensory stuff

Hi ladies I hardly have many toys for my 4 month but I feel I should get some toys or sensory related items at least to keep my baby boy entertained. He’s at that fussy phase where he constantly needs attention too! So far I let him play in his sleepyhead independently. He doesn’t really hold toys properly either. Has Sophie the giraffe to bite on and a bouncer type chair which also vibrates but barely sits in there for long. Can anyone suggest good toys that are actually keeping their babies entertained please? Thank you x

Anything with lights that flash are great! I just typed in something like baby sensory lights and it came up with loads which my little girl adores!

My little one loves sensory foil and the bright starts safari beats light up drums. We make a den with the foil and then play the safari beats underneath and he loves all the light reflections, it's like a disco. Sensory foil he also lies on, grabs and I wave it in the air, he loves it. Those balls above are also great if they are starting to grab xx

Foil blanket and a bubble machine will buy you a good half hour! Both my girls loved these!

Thanks so much ladies xx

Matchstick monkey is a hit with us; and the nuby teething banana. You have to put it in their hand at first but it does help with the ‘hand to mouth’ practise and my LO can now hold the monkey with both hands and put it in his mouth to chew 😀
