What would this be considered ? I’m very new to cooking steak, this is my 3rd time. I’ve always loved medium rare, I’m trying to get that down.
The top half more cooked I would consider that med-well and the bottom half medium.
@Kellie the top one was a tiny bit thinner of a cut maybe that’s why it came out more cooked. Thanks for feedback 🙏
