are you taking vitamins? specifically vit D3 this can help your mood improve tremendously. you can also look into homeopathy to improve emotions

I would recommend looking into therapy, this could be PPD/A. I wasn’t aware that this was a symptom until I had my second, I was 5 month pp and I lost it on my husband, in front of my kids. It was scary. I asked my husband to help me find a therapist and I’m so glad I did. Hope you find the support you need to navigate this difficult phase 🤍
