Spritz for bits!

Has anyone ever used spritz for bits? Is it worth it? Really considering it this time around as I had tears with both my previous births and was just in achy pain for a while after.. open to hearing about any other remedies too!!

Following as I’m also curious 😊

I thought it was brilliant! I used it a few times a day after my daughter was born and it was really soothing - I also had a tear and found it was really good for relieving soreness around stitches xx

Yes it’s fantastic, I had an episiotomy with my first and it was a life saver! I sprayed it on my pad (as I had a lot of stitches) and it was brilliant. Will be getting it again this time too.

Ooo brilliant! Thankyou both for your comments! Will definitely be getting some ❤️

It’s a god send!!!!!

I had an episiotomy and this was so so needed! 10/10 recommend it’s the only thing I’ve bought again so far haha x this and one of those peri bottles to spray with water after going toilet etc x

@N L have you used the peri bottle before?? So both are needed? Added to my list! X

@Nicola yes I used it to help with the episiotomy to keep it clean etc and just general relief. Recommend but to be fair a squeezy sports water bottle would have the same effect! You could always just order it on Amazon if you need as you might not need any stitches etc 🙏

I had 2nd degree tears and was scared to use it for the first few days because of my stitches but a friend advised me to and it was a game changer! Sprayed on the pad rather than directly.

It's a game changer totally worth it. It helped me heal so much quicker. I'll be getting it again this time round for my 2nd as well. Worthlookong out in aldi amd b&m for it as sometimes they do it discounted for like £5

Yes, I bought a bottle and it was expensive, but completely worth it👍🏼
