Has anyone's period been affected by fluoxetine? I'm normally clockwork but since starting in December in now a week late, not pregnant negative tests

Definitely talk to your doctors, but just as stress can cause brain chemicals to change hormone levels and cause irregular periods, I'm sure antidepressants can do the same.
