Issues with bottle

My baby is 3 and half month. I mainly breastfeed but she also used to take the bottle happily. Suddenly she is refusing to take the bottle.. anyone experienced this? Any tips?

Have you tried replacing the teats? Or sizing up? X

We were trying to do one bottle of expressed a day, warmed, with paced feeding, sat upright, before bed. My husband was giving it. She started to reject it about a week ago so I tried lying her back in a position that she would use to BF and she chugged 2oz. We have also tried to give her a bottle during the day today so I could do a gym class and I came back from it and she had chugged it again: think was rejection due to not being hungry/being too much effort for her with paced feeding.

I sized up the teats, tried 2 different sizes.. the 2m+ and the 4m+ … both times she wasnt happy with it, drinking a bit and spitting it and looking for my breast 🥲 she s been used to mixed feeding since she was born I m not sure what has happened now.

I read somewhere if you breastfeed it’s best to keep them on a smaller teat so they don’t get lazy on the boob, I haven’t upped my teats yet cause I enjoy breastfeeding but do give the occasional bottle
