Birthday party planning!

My son wants to have a party at the local inflatable jumping place. They recommend under 4s have their parties at toddler time (U5s only) at 9am, breakfast and bouncing. If you got a party invite for a 9am party, what are you thinking?

For us that’s too early Elodie doesn’t wake until 9/9:30 on weekends But if she was up earlier I’d actually prefer a early party as I then have the rest of the day

I’d imagine most toddlers are awake by then, we had one at 9.30 once & it was actually nice to have the rest of the day to ourselves instead of working around the party. Go for it I say!

9am would be fine for us!

100% and would set an alarm. My kids love inflatables 🥰

Would be fine with us. My daughters nursery did a Xmas party at a local soft play and it was 9am -10.30am. Most people got there fine and it was quite nice as they had a little breakfast buffet x

I love this idea. Birthday parties can take up the whole day when put in the middle/ or later in the day xx

I love early parties then leaves the rest of the day to do something else!we’re always up by 8 at the absolute latest so wouldn’t be a problem with an alarm

I’d prefer that actually, we’re always up at the crack of dawn so would enjoy going somewhere early!

Thank you all for your input! It wouldn’t be an issue for us if he were to receive an invite for a party at that time, totally agree with everyone saying we’re either up already/can get up earlier and then not have a whole day taken up by a party, but I’m just so worried if we do it and invite a group of nursery friends that they wouldn’t come because it’s too early and he’d be so sad!!😔

It’d be a morning rush for us but we wouldn’t miss the party
