Im sorry for you, I’ve through the same thing. The B6 didn’t do anything to me so I tried crackers sometimes it helps sometimes not really. For me what was a game changer was the food I was consuming, try to find the food that doesn’t upset your stomach and make you feel good such as avocado 🥑 smoothies with lot of fruits 🍌 🍓 🍇 for meals try and take loooot of veggies and avoid things that are heavy or too spicy or fried. Not saying it will 100% work but definitely worth trying!
Are you taking b6 and Unisom? That’s the only thing that got me through my last two pregnancies. I really struggled my first pregnancy and Zofran also didn’t make a difference.
