Bedtime getting later..

27 month old wakes at 7am naps from 1-2pm in bed at 715pm but he takes forever to get so sleep…sometimes 8/830pm. Is it time to reduce nap?

I don't think there's a big enough wake window between nap wake up time and bed time. Some toddlers need less sleep as they get older. Try reducing nap or go to bed a bit later. My daughter survives on 10.5hrs sleep most days x

They need around 12 hr sleep per day so either no nap or later bedtime. Whatever suits you most

I read that wake windows should be about 6 hours at this age so waking up from nap at 2 would mean bed around 8. I find on days my son naps he doesn’t go to sleep until 8.30. But if he doesn’t nap he’s so overtired and ends up being up until 9 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

If my girl naps I’m not getting her to sleep until 10pm 😅 she needs about 10-12 hours a night or she’ll nap for two hours in the day and be up until 10

Omg I totally miscounted his age 😂😂😂 he’s 32 months!

Get rid of the nap or later bed time. My LO still naps for 2 hours a day but he has a later bed time because I’d rather get the break half way through the day 😅
