How to count days old??
I don’t know if I have full on baby brain but if my LO was born on 16th Jan, on 18th is he two days or three days old? My husband thinks the birth day counts as day one and therefore we have done three days by 18th? But I’m working on dates and so think we’re on day 2. Confused!

My little was born 2pm on Tuesday (14th), so counting 15th as a day old, 15th as 2 days old, etc! That seems to match the midwives too based on day 3 and day 5 visits x

Birth day is day 0. Your baby was 2 days old on the 18th Jan. You are right, your husband is wrong!
