8 weeks postpartum with 2nd degree tear and still haven't had sex. I'm too nervous. Anyone in a similar situation?

I’m 12 weeks pp and still not game enough. I had a 3rd degree tear with my second… I kinda feel like I’m ready but I’m still so scared. With my first kid it took me almost 6 months to build the courage
I had 3b tears with my first. My husband and I were both scared and we didn’t have sex until 3 months postpartum. The Dr told me that most people with the tearing I had do not enjoy sex anymore. Thankfully that wasn’t the case. Use lots of lube. This time I had a c section. Again we are nervous because I am still in a bit of pain. We are intimate without penetration at the moment.

I did for the first time today at 10 weeks pp, also with a second degree tear! I didn’t really want to tbh but my partner’s been so patient, I threw him a bone (so to speak). It was painful at first - I could feel that my scar was tight - but after a few minutes it was fine and we had a good time!
