Yes waking up early by 7 works out for me and yes trying to reduce his nap time too 1.5 is fine don’t reduce more at this age His nap time is 12 though but if kid gets up early will make them go to bed early too
Lengthen their first wake window to 5 hours. Cap the nap if it exceeds 2 hours and then wake window before bed should be 6/7 hours. Hope this helps
Might need a shorter daytime nap if you want an earlier bedtime. Or waking up even earlier
