I’m 17+1 and still getting nausea. I do find eating often and drinking fizzy drinks helps. Maybe start a food / symptom diary and see if you notice any patterns
I’m 20 weeks and still constantly nauseous and throwing up every other day! It’s so draining but I take anti sickness to try and ease it. Eating snacks helps and not letting myself get hungry and trying to stay hydrated but honestly it’s still a struggle!
On days where I forget to snack and let my tummy get hungry I get the nausea back but I tend to set myself alarmon my phone to get me to eat something. Might sound extreme but otherwise I forget when I'm dealing with the other kids. Just never let yourself get hungry and it should help keep keep it at bay. Also found that sprite is a really good drink for nausea and actual sickness
