You need to have a life aswell babe , I understand you feel guilt and worry but I'm sure your not leaving your baby with anyone you don't trust so go and enjoy yourself . Us mums need to have fun and have a life outside of being a mum.. otherwise we lose our identity . Trust me I've been in the exact same position but as long as you know your child is well looked after then all is well and you should go and enjoy yourself xxxx

When my 1st was about 5/6 months old I went to Paris for the weekend for the champions league final 😂 I was glad I went. My boy had a lovely weekend with his nanny and grandad x

I’ve just had 2 nights away from my little one with my parents who are an 2 hour drive. She’s been at the house with me multiple times before and they’ve also taken my dog. She’s done a few one nights at MIL house that’s in the same town as me before. The anxiety was quickly replaced the realisation that you suddenly you can do that you want with no restrictions, but also you’ll likely be so busy, you won’t even notice until they send you a picture of what they are doing. I’ve managed to do the house tidying that I Haven’t been able to do for months and have gone to the theatre. It’s definitely made me feel confident that I can leave her with them for 2 nights in the future. So me and my partner can have extended time of just being us.

I’m not leaving mine for a long while, it would break my heart. Only do it if it feels right to you hun. Listen within 😘
