when to buy a pram?

Still using my ickle bubba travel system and it states can be used upto few years so trying to get my moneys worth before I buy a stroller tbh so not sure when I'll transition. Maybe at 1.5 yrs old

@Samina i love our travel system too but it just seem to be so much messing about now that baby's almost 10 months, it just takes up so much room now and my partner seems to have broken it by putting it in and out of the car 😩

I'll be using our travel system till she's too big. It states a 3 year old can use it but my 8 month old is getting too big for it (and is small for her age too) so I'm not sure how true that is. I currently don't drive either so the travel system is just nicer to walk with

We've gotten a little travel stroller for when we go on holidays that we use when we just need to nip to the shop at home, our travel system lives in the car because it's so big so we use that whenever we're away from home.

The issue with the other one is there's no foot muff bit so maybe once they're walking and in a coat.

I've just bought the out n about nipper sport v5. It's a 3 wheel running buggy so I'll mix between that and my big pram. I won't be buying a 3rd option (hopefully!! 😂)

We use the pram mostly but have a travel push chair we used when we go away as takes up less space in the car also use it when we know we are going somewhere where the pram will take up too much room

I’ll be using until she’s grown out of it. Although a lot of the time I back wear her

I’m not getting anything else unless the pram from the travel system we have breaks, get stolen or he gets too heavy for it. I don’t think there’s a need.

That in my opinion is more of a travel pram. One for the plane or to keep at grandparents etc. We are still using our travel system as our pram and love it

I still use the travel system pram. My parents have brought another travel pram so it’s easier for them to use. And I will be buying one in the summer to use when quickly popping to the shops or when we do go on holiday x

We bought the silver cross clic (travel pram) for when we went on holiday it’s actually been a god send as I agree the travel system (we have the icandy) is bulky! So we keep one pram in each car to save us constantly having to move it from to the other. If we only had one car / didnt drive and didn’t buy one for a holiday I’d just use the travel system. The pro of it being bulky is it feels a lot sturdier than the clic. I’d do what you feel is best, the silver cross clic for example can be used from birth so I’m sure many people have a “travel type pram” as their main pram from birth and as mentioned you can buy universal liners for them x
