Breastfeeding with a toddler

I’m finding it difficult to BF my second baby. my 22 month old is extremely clingy and gets mad when I BF/pump to the point where my milk supply is tanking and I supplement with formula . I don’t have anyone around to help me. But any ideas would be great.
