Tesco have a rye and sunflower sourdough that is really nice. Weight watchers wraps are low carb and no sugar I have these with chicken with peppers, cheese and fajita seasoning or halloumi, hummus, cucumber and tomatoes or mozzarella, pesto and tomatoes. Eggs and sausage never spiked my blood sugar sometimes I would put sour cream and salsa on it A nice fat steak with a side of fruit Cheese, nuts, milk, and meat sticks as a snack. Chocolate milk for dessert
