Aldi own brand are a lot cheaper about 70p a pouch
Thank You Do The super market versions have the same ingredients?
I generally buy the supermarket own brands…. It’s the same with loads of products, they’re not necessarily poorer quality but they’re cheaper as they don’t have to pay for things like advertising My advice would be to read the ingredients if you’re worried!
@Victoria thanks
I buy Asda, Ella’s kitchen or Heinz - depends if it’s on offer. I found with Asda you have to use the ful pouch that day or disregard. Other brands can be kept for 24 hours if split. My boy is on a ful pouch so Asda sometimes feels more cost effective. However I do sometime split jars and offer other things like fruit/yoghurt/snacks aswell just depending what he’s eaten through the day
Hey so it's just the different ingredients tbh Ella's kitchen will often add some sort of fruit to add a mild sweetness to a lot of the pouches. The first foods that are literally one ingredient aren't much different. Personally my last child didn't like the textures of a lot of the supermarket ones he only liked Ella's kitchen or piccolo Also in terms of buying them just look for which supermarkets have the ones you like. I tended to find Asda had a bigger selection of Ella but Tesco had other brands like piccolo etc. in terms of own brand... Aldi and Lidl were a winner for us
