Constant headaches

Im constantly suffering from really bad headaches. It usually comes up and stays for several days, then disappears for a few days and then starts all over again. Paracetamol helps a bit, but as im suffering from this several days a week I don’t like the idea of constantly taking pain killers! Anyone same problem? Im 13 weeks now.

I’m having the same problem but my midwife said i’m probably not drinking enough cos baby needs so much water/fluids. She said to keep an eye on things etc. this is my second pregnancy and i never had this with my first but i guess each pregnancy is different! Hope you feel better.

I’m 16 nearly 17 weeks and have had headaches on and off almost all the way through sometimes for days at a time. Had my 16 week midwife appointment today and they checked my blood pressure but it was still fine so I was just told to keep taking paracetamol and that it’s probably hormonal. Maybe speak to your midwife or GP if worried

Same and my bp was borderline low . I went to gp a couple weeks back it started around 13 weeks n they prescribed me codine if it gets too bad

Chiropractor here! *Please talk to midwife before doing any of these* I’m taking electrolytes, increase fluid intake, magnesium glycinate, caffeine in tea/ coke when have headache only ( no caffeine at any other time), neck stretches, fresh air (if indoors all day, I find the central heating affecting headaches), partner massaging neck and shoulders, thinking of getting a new pillow too. In same boat but more migraine like. It can be so debilitating but I’m finding these are helpful.
