My nipples have been feeling very sore today. This is how they felt when I was pregnant 😭😭 but I did get my period 2 weeks ago. Haven’t had sex since. Praying it’s just hormonal or because it’s cold 🙃

Okay now I’m noticing the pain is in one boob only and it’s not the nipple but the actual breast. Could it be mastitis?
Could be. Or a clogged duct.
Use a warm Compress on it and massage the area to loosen it up. Then I would pump so you can clear it out.
My body is very achey. I’m so cold I can’t warm up my body. The pain in my boob is only there when I touch it. Should I go to the ER?
Have you tried a hot shower? Or a bath?
Take a pregnancy test just to be sure
