Nooooooooo 😭

My nipples have been feeling very sore today. This is how they felt when I was pregnant 😭😭 but I did get my period 2 weeks ago. Haven’t had sex since. Praying it’s just hormonal or because it’s cold 🙃

Take a pregnancy test just to be sure

Okay now I’m noticing the pain is in one boob only and it’s not the nipple but the actual breast. Could it be mastitis?

Could be. Or a clogged duct.

My body is very achey. I’m so cold I can’t warm up my body. The pain in my boob is only there when I touch it. Should I go to the ER?

This sounds like mastitis. I’d see a doctor for sure - probably just a regular doctor rather than ER.

that was the first sign i had when i was pregnant with my first and i knew immediately i was pregnant with my second bc my nipples started hurting the same way. i would definitely test
