Girl I’m the same! Two dogs- baby - no family near- husband works late. My saving grace has been hot yoga. I go to a core power yoga class (lots of classes all day, early and late) and I’ll just randomly go if my husband is home. It really has saved me from burnout. Also if my husband is getting ready for 30 ish minutes or is home in the weekends I just pop out of a Starbucks and come back in a much better and caffeinated mood! It’s the little things but the deep breathing in hot yoga is definitely needed lol
When my toddler goes to bed, I use that as my me-time. We schedule monthly visits with the in-laws to give us a break.
