2 year old started climbing out of crib🤦🏻‍♀️

So my two year old started climbing out of her big playpen (which she has fell asleep every nap time and every night and been moved to her crib once asleep) and she’s climbing out of her crib. I know that it is time for a toddler bed for safety reasons but I don’t know how to keep her in her bed🤦🏻‍♀️ she is a very busy toddler. Any tips?

Is it like that she’s awake and crawls out? My son would roll out of his big boy bed so we got one of those mesh guard rails for the side and it helps him stay in and not climb/roll out

why don’t you have your 2 year old sleep in a toddler bed, then you can shut her door & “toddler-proof” her bedroom & shut the door when she is sleeping? that way when she does wake up in the morning, she will either be playing w her toys in her room or she will be calling for mama & daddy? my daughter will be 2 in May & she sleeps in her toddler bed & does that exact thing! we know when she gets up usually so one of us is usually awake & ready for her but she will keep herself occupied in her room usually before getting bored & will call for one of us!
