C section mums

My baby has just turned two months now and my scar on the outside has healed up nicely but my lower bit of my stomach (internally) feels tender and a bit numb, does anyone have any suggestions or know of any oils or lotions that might help with the abdominal muscles or any non strenuous exercise that are easy to do. Tia x

I use frida mom c section patches and naydaya scar saviour is meant to be really good but I’ve not started using that yet x

Massaging the scar helps massively theres a few ladies online that show how to. Ideally your not suppose to put any oils on the actual scar as you cant get a deep enough massage with them. I have used bio oil and the midwife expert scar and another cream they havent really made alot of difference and it faded over time. But massage is key also use a toothbrush or fork stroke over it when comfortable it will help bring the nerve endings together so the sensation is there again

I like bio oil and caster oil and definitely massage the scar and area to stimulate the nerves. I’m one year PP and still got some numbness x
