Nappies

I feel so stupid asking this but when do you size up in nappies, the tabs meet in the middle on the nappy without need to pull, yet bubs has red marks around his legs and the next size up seems too big if that makes sense

I sized up when I could see that the nappy was too tight on her legs, like your little one her legs were red, like she was in 2 and I’ve gone up to 3 now, they seemed too big to put her in but she fits perfect in them x

They drown him around the middle :( they just don't go tight enough to be secure x

Mayb try a different brand of the same size? Heard raving reviews of the aldi ones

My little one is 3 weeks, I’ve put her in size 2 aldi nappies now because size 1 I was having the same issue! They fit much better, no marks!

Don’t feel stupid asking, nappies are such a minefield with what fits / how and the fact they cover a range of weights! It’s very trial and error x

Definitely look at different nappies. I imagine there'll be similar issues we have with clothing, we all have our clothing size but certain stores fit better to our bodies. My little girl has chunky thighs and I find Aldi nappies have enough space in them for her without being too big on the waist.

Jumping on the Aldi train. Morrison Nutmeg are just as good, not as tight on her legs. Asda's little angels we never got on with. Far too tight around her legs and blow out after blow out

When you do the tabs up try angling them upwards rather than flat. This should make it looser on the legs but allow you to have it snug on the waist. Or if sizing up angle down for tighter on the legs

Sock marks are normal
