Literally anything at this age. Just make sure it’s cut appropriately and limit salt intake x
Whatever we eat, he eats.
Out of interest, what do you think they arent allowed? Do you mean due to salt content etc?
We tend to eat/cook for us until after baby is sorted/in bed so the eat egat we eat rationale generally doesnt work for us🙈 Im currently just trying a bit of everything with him to see what he likes. I also but the littlr 12+month dinners from the baby isle for handiness some nights too!
At this age there is almost nothing they cant have- whole nuts should be avoided and grapes and plum tomatoes should be halved longways but pretty much everything else is fair game!
I'm the same as Roisin, we eat our dinner after she's in bed. So I tend to do a bigger lunch meal if we're home, and dinner will be something simple like a cheesy pasta, fried rice with veg and meat, soup and bread, scrambled egg on toast with some veggies. She goes to nursery three days a week so that takes it out of my hands luckily 🤣
Our girl has what we have. Except tonight where I made her a separate meal when I realised what I'd made was so spicy my partner won't eat it. Baby eats a fair bit of spice but it would have been chucked on the floor
Can he not just have what you’re having? I just give my daughter the same as us and cut it up depending on what it is. X
