Food and meals.. any suggestions?

Fed up of food. Hate thinking of meals and thinking what I'm making today- everyday! 😂😒 I want to organise and plan. I've just bought a slowcooker and want to buy a recipe book or look online but I'm kinda lost. We don't eat pig/pork and won't put alcohol in slow cooked meals. Every recipe I've seen so far tells me to add beer/stout/wine with beef. We're a Muslim family 🙂 Just to make it more complicated, I want to use my crockpot to make low carb meals too if I can. Any help and suggestions greatly appreciated xx

I Just started to do a weekly plan in advance so that in that day I already know what to cook. It has helped a lot. You can avoid alcohol in most recipes doesn't matter that they tell you to put it. Or if you want you can still buy non alcoholic wine. I'm vegetarian so can assure you there's plenty or recepies out there. Just look on Google:) plan in advance so you already have all the ingredients and it will go smoothly

Today I’m making a chicken korma… I’ve been making curry once a week and every week I change which curry to have; sometimes Chinese, sometimes Indian, sometimes Thai - but at least it covers one evening meal a week

I'm struggling to find another slow cooker book I like but I do have a book by Dean Edwards called cook slow

Jacket potato Tomato and veg pasta Egg fried rice Tinned beans into a chilli Fajitas Soup Butternut squash risotto

Also I’ve seen recipes use dried porcini mushrooms with beef. Not sure if that’s in the place of alcohol
