Toddler waking up every night crying
My almost three year old wakes up every night for the last two weeks at the same time crying. Any ideas on what could be the reason? Overall she’s happy at school and home.

@Briana I don’t know I asked her if she wanted some milk she just kept crying for two minutes and slept.
Could be night terrors or bad dreams? My now 4 year old would occasionally wake up crying around 3 years and she kind of seemed like she was not fully awake and wouldn’t respond to questions or tell me what she needed, so I would just do my best to comfort her and she would fall back asleep. Thankfully that phase didn’t last long for us.
