Self love is extremely rewarding and it shows high value in yourself that you don’t let anyone dictate on who you are as a person since you’re the only one that knows you. Keep it up :)

You find that love within yourself. You date yourself and discover what you really love in life. You attract what you put out. I had to fake it til I made it and it was a long process but I started by getting back into shape, watching what I ate, going out on solo dates, going out with friend, picking up hobbies, listening to podcasts, making my home cozy, & putting myself first.
