I hate you PCOS
Iv been living with PCOS for 9/10 years I was diagnosed aged 20/21 I suffer from all kind of symptoms, painful periods, infertility, depression, tiredness, fluctuating weight & Thinning hair. When I was first diagnosed my periods were all over the place sometimes I could go 6 months without a single period. Over the years Iv done so much research and started taking vitamins that helped me get my periods back, I now have periods monthly and usually have a cycle of around 28-30 days.
Myself and my husband have been trying for a baby for quite a few years now we lost our son in 2022 (still born) then miscarried a year later
I recently found out I was pregnant and 2 days later started bleeding very heavily with pain, pregnancy tests then became negative.
Recently Iv found some of my notes and found doctors mentioned I have low quality eggs? I’m wondering if this might be the reasoning behind my miscarriages? Is there anything I can do to improve egg quality? Have you tried anything for yourself? Did it work?
I just want to be a mum 😭
I recently listened to a fertility doctor on the dairy of a CEO and she was saying that we can't change our eggs. But on an off chance small hope? Look up plexus and the Instagram of shoshonna pearl. (I don't have it on my phone. But she has talked about how eating well, changed her DNA.) She might be able to help you? Also she is associated with a company she had started and ran, then sold to a friend. The bulk herb store. And look and see if they still sell her book/videos called "how babies are made".
