Would you be upset?

So last week we were supposed to go to our daughter’s nursery to have a look around and ask some questions. Me and my bf planned to meet at the school, it’s a 20 min walk which isn’t bad and it is all uphill. I don’t drive but I don’t mind walking at all as I used to have to all the time for work. My boyfriend offered to drive us back home after as he said he’d enough time to do that because he’s on lunch break and his new boss is now his uncle who is a lot kinder than his previous boss so it wouldn’t matter if he was a bit late back to work. Unfortunately we both had a stomach bug so we rebooked for today. I stretched a muscle in my leg last night playing Wii sports with my daughter and bf, he knows this. I walked to the nursery and my leg was in a lot of pain. After we’d been there for 10 mins, he said he needed to go back to work and said that I’d be able to stay for a while longer. Which I wasn’t counting on because he offered to drive us back. So I questioned him and he said oh no I probably can’t because there isn’t much time left. But there was. His work isn’t far from where we live and our home isn’t far from the nursery. Anyways I just let him go because I mean what else can I say. I’m just confused on how he’s changed it because even when we planned it before, it was still going to be the same amount of time he knew how long we would be there. I’m not like angry or anything but I feel upset because he also knows about my leg as it’s been hurting for 2 days.
