Constant nausea

Hi need some help.

I am currently 9 weeks 3 days pregnant and have had the worst nausea since 5 weeks. I haven’t actually ever been sick but the feeling of sickness is constant.

I have found that eating helps but the weight gain is not helpful. I am still in the office 5 days a week and they don’t know so I am really struggling to not cry.

Does anyone have any recommendations to help with the nautious feeling? I am going to the midwife tomorrow so would
Be good if i had something I could ask for that works.

Thank you

I’d really consider telling your work if you feel comfortable doing so.

My nausea was so bad after Christmas, I needed to tell my manager so I could have a bit of grace with time in the office in January, because I really needed it.

The things that help me the most are those sickness travel bands too, just need to wear long sleeves to work

Oh bless you, nausea is the worst!! Mine eased off after 10 weeks so hopefully it might soon for you, I used ‘ease the quease’ from my expert midwife at boots really helped!

Thank you for the recommendation. Not quite ready to talk to work yet but will try all these and hopefully get a bit of relief for the next few weeks ❤️

I told work as soon as I felt nauseous but asked my manager to keep it to herself for the time being! I also eventually went to the GP, my sickness started at week 6 and I eventually went to the doctors at week 9 - I wish I had gone sooner! They signed me off sick for 2 weeks and tried 2 different anti sickness tablets that have helped. Sadly still experience some nausea but I’m finally back at work tomorrow and I’m now 12 weeks xxx

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Little girl turning herself sideways in next to me

My little girl tonight, has spun herself so she is lying sideways in her next to me, making me panic!

Is this normal at 4.5 months, do I just lie her back normally/vertically?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!

Ways to induce labor naturally

Hi All! FTM, Entering week 40 and no signs of labor, no dilation yet. Please share tips and ways to induce natural labor. Induction is already scheduled on week 41 but don’t want to go through that process.

Caffeine addiction suuucks. (Coffee)

I'm off of literally everything. Don't smoke, no medicine, don't drink except VERY rare occasion, nothing. I drink a large coffee everyday (usually mcdonalds or 7 brew)... or a couple cups of coffee at home if I don't get out. Today I had neither and I was OUT FOR THE COUNT. Awful headache, no motivation, throwing up. Then I drink coffee and it's instantly better. 🙃 coffee is one hell of a drug I tell ya.
