Can you guys please give me some ideas of what you cook for your babies, and how you cook them? I’ve been afraid of giving my baby solids because I don’t want him to choke.
*possible milk protein and egg allergy
We were having such a difficult time at first too with our son. I was always so scared of him choking. My pediatrician said we should feed him whatever we are eating and to cut it up into small pieces. We have been giving him shredded chicken and beef, rice, lots of fruit (banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), there is this frozen potato broccoli Dino nugget made by Dr. Praeger’s my son loves it, fruit pouches, Cheerios, spaghetti, steamed veggies, and like I said we just make sure with the bigger items that we cut them up into small pieces. If he ends up not being allergic to milk you should try cottage cheese that is another one of my sons favs!!
