With my first I put him in at one. He was able to do speech classes and make friends that he will start preschool with and with my current baby I will probably do the same. Mainly we had friends who already had kids at the daycare so we were comfortable with our son there and he’s been there for 3 years this November. Also most daycare still have a year long waiting list in our area so that also helped us decide as well.

Mine will be about 9 mos when he starts. I’d probably wait until he’s 1 if I could but it isn’t an option. To each their own, but there’s definitely benefits developmentally. Learn social skills. Enhance speech. Build the immune system.

Ideally between 1-2 years old

I’m going to wait until he’s 1. Quitting my job, which has been so difficult to figure out. We’re gonna be poor, but I don’t trust him with anyone but my mom and myself right now…
