Playing with dog
How do you all play with your dog inside when you and kids are sick? Taking him outside to play isn't an option because of my kids breathing getting worse with the cold air, they have asthma. And while I normally play fetch inside, we moved and our floors are hardwood now, and he slips and does the splits and I don't want him to hurt himself.

I do box jumps with my dog. Jumping burns a lot of calories and tires them out. I also have puzzle games because when they use their senses it can also tire them. Mom of a cattle dog here. We do 8 mile runs & on bad weather days I still am able to give her puzzles. You can also get a lick mat or frozen dog bowl with treats.
