Trying to conceive! Pcos edition

Is anyone else struggling? It took years for me to fall pregnant, I had a gorgeous boy in July 2023 and have been trying ever since with no luck. Just recently started on pcos supplements with folic acid etc and getting more vitimins in. Does weight affect this? I have gained a bit over the past couple of months. My periods are monthly and regular too

@Aisha Ahmed yes!

@Alice I’m sorry for your loses and Thankyou! I think I’m 2/3 stone heavier than when I was pregnant, I’ll definitely loose weight first Thankyou xx

I struggle to get and stay pregnant before my oldest and I gained quite a bit after my little boy and I got pregnant again when he was 9 months old when I was just started to lose weight after being at my heaviest. I was put on xenical before I got pregnant again and that made me drop loads of weight within a month and immediately got pregnant

I have PCOS and the thing that worked for me was fasting between the end of my period and ovulation. It’s worked first cycle we tried each time for me when I’ve fasted so it’s not a weight loss thing so much as potentially a blood sugar regulation thing for me I think…
