Good quality haircare products and regularly massaging the scalp 😊 I don't think you can avoid hairfall completely postpartum, but this helped me.
It's normal. My hair is falling out like never before. 😩 It's the change in hormones after pregnancy, and it's inevitable.
Itll stop Its your hormones reregulating. Its basically all the hair falling out that didn't fall out during ur pregnancy.
A degree of hair loss is normal as you shed the hair that you didn’t during pregnancy. However if you feel the hairloss is excessive or doesn’t resolve you need to have your iron, ferritin and thyroid levels checked. Deficiencies are extremely common pp and over the counter vitamins aren’t enough to fix a deficiency if there is one. Low iron is still the most common cause of hair loss in women x
It has to run its course. All that hair you were supposed to have lost during your pregnancy stopped falling out while baby was baking and is now shedding like crazy. It’s normal. Make sure your iron levels are normal because that can also cause hair loss. You’re going to have hair growth with tons of little fly always sticking up everywhere. I found this hair gel that came in a mascara type bottle on Amazon and it helped a ton with the fly always during this phase.
I know it's probably not what you want to hear but it's totally normal and there's not much you can do about it, but it WILL grow back, you just have to be patient
Have patience! We all experience this post partum, some longer than others.
