Do you think it's weird if / when people call your baby a flirt?

ew i’ve never ever heard that. in what context would that ever even make any sense at all? I hate stuff like this, calling baby’s heartbreakers or saying you’ll be fighting off boys etc.. so gross 🤢

@Ellie-May my little guy smiles at everyone and then starts to play shy by hiding his face.. and apparently that means he's "a little flirt".. he's been called that 3 times by strangers this month alone 🤢

Yeah. It's really weird to sexualize baby behavior.

I guess it's along the same lines as saying that a baby will be a little "lady's man" when they smile at all the women. Gives me the ick

Yes because babies do not “flirt” ..

My partners side of the family said she was flirting with his brother (daughters uncle) it was so weird. It made me feel so uncomfortable.

The same thing happens to me and my baby girl, people say she is going to flirt a lot bc she smiles at everyone

Yeah.... gross. I've had that said about my boy a long with "he is a ladies man" and things of that nature. Like let them be kids!!

Yes definitely. I also hate comments like 'hes going to be popular with the ladies' or comments about how other children of the opposite sex are their boyfriends or girlfriends etc.
