Pain relief?
I’ve got naproxen and paracetamol to take for pain relief. Should I take these all together every 4hr or space them out 2 hrs apart?
Was anyone also told to take omeprozole with naproxen?

I took ibuprofen or Tylenol every 3 hours for a week after my section 🤷🏽♀️
I was told to space 4hrs in between. So paracetamol then 4hrs later naproxen which was great because it never really had the chance to wear off. I personally feel they only really work to full effectiveness for 4hrs, so taking them both at once would mean 8hrs in between (is what my doctor said anyway!) Wishing you a speedy recovery 💕

Personally I'd space them out so I had constant pain relief rather than some wearing off. I didn't have naproxen with section but I've had it before and always had omeprazole.
