Is there anyone here who's on a remote job and is caring for her baby at home?

I thonk its impossible if you do 9 to 5 Mon to Fri... i tried :( my boy keeps coming to me..getting clingy and crying if i dont pick him up. I made a conclusion that defo need either nanny or family to help..
