Pediatrician recommendations

Hi. I live in Suwanee and am looking for a new pediatrician. Any recommendations? I can do Suwanee, Duluth, lawrenceville, Johns creek, maybe even sugar hill if they’re good. I don’t like who we are going to now because it’s one doctor and one nurse. The nurse seems like she’s brand new. The last round of shots I noticed she pulled it out with liquid still coming out and it took 7 months for the knots on my baby’s legs to go away.
